Agencies
Agencies onboarding new clients use Access29 to replace per-platform instructions with one request per client, and save the platform and permission sets they use most as reusable templates.
Access29 is a client access management app built by Around29. It turns client access management for agencies into one link per request: you choose the client, platforms and permission levels in a five-step wizard, and your client opens the link to grant access to your agency’s own accounts on seven Google platforms.
No shared logins · Permission levels you choose · Elevated access is opt-in
Because access is often still collected by hand. Someone writes instructions, the client tries to follow them on a platform they rarely open, and a step gets missed: the wrong account, the wrong permission level, or nothing at all until the next follow-up email.
None of that is the client’s fault. Platform permission screens can be confusing, especially on a platform you rarely open. The problem is the process, and that is the part Access29 replaces with a single, structured request.
Client access management is the process of requesting, granting and keeping track of the access an agency needs to its clients’ marketing platforms. Access29 gives that process one place to live: your agency defines which of its accounts should receive access, builds a request for each client, and follows each request through to a granted connection.
Access29 is built around each platform’s own access-sharing features — your agency is added as a user, manager account or partner — rather than shared logins. Clients grant access to your agency’s accounts; they don’t hand over their own login.
It works in three stages, from setup to granted access. The full step-by-step process covers each one in detail.
Add the agency accounts that will receive access: your Google account email and your Google Ads manager account (MCC).
Work through Client, Platforms, Permissions, Experience and Review. The wizard produces one link for the request.
Access goes to the accounts in your access profile, and Access29 records a connection for each platform the client grants.
Access29 is organized around a small set of objects your team works with every day.
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Access profiles | Hold the agency accounts that receive access: a Google account email, a Google Ads manager account (MCC) and a Meta Business Manager. A profile receives access only on platforms whose field is filled in. |
| Access requests | A five-step wizard (Client → Platforms → Permissions → Experience → Review) that produces one link per request. |
| Permission levels | Every permission is tagged Read-only, Manage or Elevated. Defaults are pre-selected, and Elevated permissions are opt-in. |
| Templates | Saved sets of platforms and permissions you can reuse across requests. |
| Client records | Each client’s contacts, requests, connections, notes and activity in one place. |
| Requests and Activity | Pages for following open requests and reviewing workspace activity. |
| Team and settings | Team members, notification settings, branding settings and a list of active sessions. |
| Search | Command search (Ctrl K) across clients, requests, integrations and templates. |
Access29 supports access requests for seven Google platforms. Meta platforms and WordPress are not yet available in Access29.
| Status | Platforms |
|---|---|
| Supported | Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center, YouTube |
| Not yet available | Meta ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, WordPress |
On Google platforms, your agency’s Google account is added as a user. For Google Ads, the client receives an invitation to link their account to your manager account (MCC).
Access29 serves both sides of the access workflow: the agency asking for access and the client granting it.
Agencies onboarding new clients use Access29 to replace per-platform instructions with one request per client, and save the platform and permission sets they use most as reusable templates.
Independent marketers get the same structure without building their own instructions for every platform: one access profile, one request, one link.
Marketing teams that work with outside partners or several stakeholders can keep requests, connections and activity in one workspace.
For a client, an Access29 request is one link from their agency. The request is scoped to the platforms and permission levels the agency selected, and access goes to the agency’s named accounts through each platform’s own sharing features. The client’s own login stays with the client.
By keeping access tied to named agency accounts, scoped by permission level and recorded in your workspace. In practice that means:
Access29 is a client access management app built by Around29, a digital marketing agency. Agencies use it to set up the accounts that should receive access, build a request for a client covering selected platforms and permission levels, and send one link. The client opens the link and grants access to the agency’s own accounts.
Access29 supports access requests for Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center and YouTube. Meta ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram and WordPress are not yet available in Access29.
No. Access29 is built around each platform’s own access-sharing features — your agency is added as a user, manager account or partner — rather than shared logins. Clients grant access to your agency’s accounts; they don’t hand over their own login.
Access29 is built for digital marketing agencies first, and it also fits freelancers, consultants and in-house marketing teams that need access to clients’ or partners’ marketing platforms. It is also designed with the client in mind: the person granting access gets one link scoped to the platforms and permission levels the agency chose, instead of a separate set of instructions for each platform.
Access29 is built by Around29, a digital marketing agency. Around29 also builds Search29, a marketing analytics and reporting dashboard, and Connect29 Hub, a client hub application. Access29 itself runs as a web app at app.access29.online.
Create your workspace in the app, then add an access profile with your agency’s Google account email and Google Ads manager account, and create your first access request in the wizard. Existing workspaces sign in at app.access29.online.
Set up your access profile and send your next client one link instead of another round of instructions.
